ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, package size, package weight, and shipping method selected. The applicable shipping rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, shipping method, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.
The 2–3 business day timeframe applies to order processing and does not include the carrier's delivery time.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your package has been accepted.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Please carefully review your information before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, TDA Archives is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping costs that may result.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, TDA Archives is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly and check with your household members or neighbors.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info.tdaarchives@gmail.com as soon as possible and provide photos of the package and damaged item so we can review the situation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers may be responsible for additional customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country's customs authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
NO REFUNDS
All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
